Executive coaches can carry up to 54 to 70 passengers. There are also coaches available that can fit up to 74 passengers.
Another thing to keep in mind when choosing a minibus or coach is how much luggage you may need to store as well as how many people you will be travelling with. Please let us know how many children and adults you will be travelling with and at what times you would like to be collected. If your school has any additional requirements such as extra luggage space please let us know. All our drivers are CPC licensed and have enhanced DBS. It is also recommended that schools read the PVG Scheme and guidance on child protection and safeguarding.
Many schools can be picked up from their school but sometimes this can be difficult to gain access to. Haymarket station and Edinburgh Waverley station are popular collection points as well as hotels around the city centre and Edinburgh Airport. We can drop you off anywhere around Edinburgh including at many tourist attractions. Such as the Edinburgh International Conference Centre, National Museum of Scotland, The Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle. However due to many roads around the Old Town being closed or restricted we recommend contacting us to work out the best pick up and drop off points for you.

Edinburgh Airport is situated on the Western side of Edinburgh. It is easily accessible via the M8, M9 and A720 Edinburgh City Bypass. Please allow enough time to travel to the airport as it can get busy at certain times of the day.

If your looking to travel around Edinburgh by minibus or coach during busy periods it can become very congested. Make sure you check Edinburgh roadworks and travel information before your journey and follow the guidance for buses and coaches entering Edinburgh. Roads may be temporarily closed or diverted during busy periods around George Square, High Street and Royal Mile.
